Your Responsibilities:
- Inside sales responsibility for clients in the distribution sector
- Prepare, handle and follow-up quotations and inquiries
- Take care of RFQs
- Handle customer´s daily inquiry
- Price control and upload as well as maintenance of master list
- Monitor accounts receivable and clarify differences in payments
- Process and follow-up of sample orders
- Project support
- Prepare internal KPI figures as stock, collection ratio, sales and expenses
What we are looking for:
- Successfully completed commercial education or equivalent
- First work experience in inside sales or a comparable position, ideally in an international company
- Communicative person with very good skills in German, English and Russian
- Good MS Office knowledge, especially Excel
- SAP and Lotus Notes skills would be a plus
- Positive autonomous working style even under pressure
- Service oriented mindset and excellent interpersonal skills
- Strong team spirit
