Your Responsibilities:
- Building stable and long term relationships with our customers to gain insights into their business
- Increasing turnover and maximizing the profitability of existing and new customers
- Preparation of technical and commercial offers according to customer requirements for customized products
- Project management until mass production of the customized product
- Preparation of forecasts, budget achievements and monitoring of order handlings
- Business development, product introduction and promotion
- Market and competitor analysis as well as attendance to exhibitions
What we are looking for:
- University degree in Engineering, Electronics, Business Administration or similar
- At least 3 years of work experience in Sales or Business Development in an industrial and B2B environment
- Project management skills are preferable
- Battery technology knowledge is a plus
- Good MS Office knowledge, experience in Salesforce and SAP is an advantage
- Business fluent in English is mandatory, other languages like German or French are welcome
- Good interpersonal and relationship building skills
- Willingness to travel
